This painting was painted during the day. I cannot seem to paint at night. Everything looks so different. I feel like I see better during the daylight. My studio has two skylights and faces north but I still use a lamp to create a directional light. I had to keep moving this setup out of the skylight rays that seemed to chase me around the studio.

You really have a lovely style. I love all your still lives, and I focus on those because that's what I do. BUT, your landscapes are wonderful also. I think it's rare to be so skilled at both! And watercolor and oil! Wow. I'm in awe.
